Our signature service, the LIFT Programme is small group personal training which gives you the structure of a progressive programme, the support of expert coaching, and the energy of training alongside others, all in groups of up to 4 people.
The 12 week programme is purposefully designed to build momentum, see meaningful results, and develop lasting habits.
We’re a fully equipped private gym, designed for 1-to-1 personal training and small group coaching. With expert coaches and all the strength and cardio equipment you need, we create the ideal environment to help you get stronger, fitter, and more confident.

Yes – our coaches adapt the programme to your needs and work with you personally to keep you on track to hit your goals.
We recommend at least 12 weeks to see results. This also sets you up with habits to help you stay fit and healthy long term.
