Our coaches are here to help you whether you’re an expert in the gym or a complete beginner. Both have years of experience in personal training, nutrition and supporting members hit their goals.

We’ve got decades of experience between us, we’ve seen it all. We’ve worked with athletes looking for nutrition support to complete beginners that don’t know where to start. If you want to take control of your health and fitness in Bolton, we’d love to have you join us at LIFT.

If you want a plan designed just for you and close support, yes.

This is based on your availability and current goals. Our clients generally train 1 – 3 times per week.

Nope – we coach beginners through experienced athletes.
